We currently deliver to addresses within Saudi Arabia only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Delivery options
- Home delivery: we deliver to your address within Saudi Arabia. The delivery fee and the estimated delivery time are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Store pickup: where available, you can collect your order from our store with no delivery fee. We will let you know when it is ready.
Processing and tracking
We prepare your order once payment is confirmed, or once you confirm a cash-on-delivery order. When your order ships we send you an update, with tracking details where the delivery company provides them.
Delivery problems
Please check that your address and phone number are correct before placing your order. If your order is late, arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us with your order number and we will help.
